Process Cleaners

Chemetall process cleaners are designed to deal with
a wide variety of soils such as oil, grease, and burnt-on
carbon. Even mineral scales, rust, and general soils are no
match for our process cleaners. Better yet, our cleaners are
effective on steel, cast iron, aluminum, galvanized, yellow
metals, and many other common manufacturing substrates.

®
Heavy-duty scale, rust, and carbon removers.
Removes some paints.
Ardrox 405-V F,M,U
Cleaner removes light soils, oils, and general soils. Also used for
floor scrubbing.
Gardoclean S 2017 (CPD-2017) T,V Aluminum
®
Excellent detergency for removal of particulate soils and mineral
scale. Phosphated and silicated.
Gardocean T 5417 (Dynadet) T,U,V Brass,
Heavy-duty cleaner for removing light rust, greasy, oily, and Copper
carbonaceous soils.
Gardoclean 205 (Fleetline 205) F,M,S,U
Removes hardened grease, grime, oil, and carbon.
Excellent rinsability.
Gardoclean 3802 (Oakite 220NP) M,S,T,V
Heavy-duty cleaner for concrete and asphalt. Removes oils and
carbonaceous soils. Biodegradable and phosphate-free.
Gardoclean 4896 (LRS) T,U,V Brass,
Versatile cleaner removes general soils, metalworking Copper
fluids, oxides, rust, phosphate coatings, and paint.

Heavy-duty caustic cleaner for spray and agitated immersion.
Effective on difficult applications including carbonaceous soils.
Gardoclean R 1700 F T,V
Highly alkaline product designed for descaling and cleaning.

Gardoclean S 5219 T,V
High performance silicate free alkaline cleaner for spray or
agitated immersion. EDTA free and oil rejecting.
Gardoclean S 5249 T
Highly alkaline cleaner for removing corrosion, films and
phosphate coatings. Use with additives for removal of organic
soils and paints.
Gardoclean S 5413 (Low Heat Cleaner 3) M,S,T,V
Heavy-duty cleaner for removing oils, metal forming fluids, and
burnt-on soils. Biodegradable. Contains no NPE surfactants.
