Additives

ADD 80 is a heavy duty, safe, organic dispersant designed to be fully compatible with water based and water dispersible metalworking fluid systems. ADD 80 is designed for cleaning out machine tool sumps, coolant supply lines and coolant recycling equipment. The unique formulation allows for the product to be added to working synthetic, semi-synthetic and soluble oil coolant systems during ongoing production. Not only does ADD 80 will effectively remove oily residues, sticky deposits and sludge that typically build up in metalworking systems, but it prevents them from coming back. It is fast acting, free rinsing and compatible with most waste treatment processes.
Gardobond Additive H 7623 is an anti-foaming agent designed for application as a tank side (as required) defoamer for metalworking fluids and cleaners. Gardobond Additive H 7623 is water miscible and will maintain defoaming persistence during use. The proper use of Gardobond Additive H 7623 at prescribed levels will not impair subsequent finishing operations, such as painting or plating.
Gardobond Additive H 7631 is an inorganic water hardness additive that conditions and defoams soft water for more effective use with most metalworking fluids. Gardobond Additive H 7631 is water soluble and, when used at the prescribed levels, it will not impair subsequent finishing operations, such as painting or plating.
Oakite 265 is a hydrofluoric acid solution for use in conversion coating processes such as iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, chrome and non-chrome coating of aluminum and other metals, as well as advanced pretreatment processes such as Oxsilan. Oakite 265 is also as an additive to acid pickle and deoxidizer solutions.
Oakite 365 is a pH-neutral fluoride solution for use in conversion coating processes such as iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, chrome and non-chrome coating of aluminum and other metals, as well as advanced pretreatment processes such as Oxsilan.

Semi-Synthetics

Tech Cool 35200TM is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid with superior performance for critical applications. This product contains unique ingredients designed to significantly reduce odors and problems associated with bath life. This proprietary blend of highly polar ingredients provides the necessary balance of cooling and lubrication required for extended tool life without the use of chlorine or sulfur.
Tech Cool 35200 is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid with superior performance for critical applications. This product contains unique ingredients designed to significantly reduce odors and problems associated with bath life. This proprietary blend of highly polar ingredients provides the necessary balance of cooling and lubrication required for extended tool life without the use of chlorine or sulfur.
Tech Cool 35100 NB is a reduced oil level, multipurpose, bioresistant, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid with superior performance for critical applications. This unique blend of vegetable-based lubricity additives provides the necessary balance of cooling and lubrication required for extended tool life. Tech Cool 35100 NB is recommended for use in most general machining and grinding applications of both ferrous and aluminum substrates.
Tech Cool 35075 is a unique premium machining and grinding fluid developed specifically for applications requiring superior micro-finish on metal substrates. Tech Cool 35075 contains no chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus compounds and is safe on ferrous & aluminum alloys.
Tech Cool 35058 is a unique premium machining fluid developed specifically for applications requiring superior micro-finish on ferrous substrates. Tech Cool 35058 contains no chlorine, sulfur, boron or phosphorus compounds and is safe on ferrous alloys. This product technology uses a unique blend of additives which results in exceptional sump life.
Tech Cool 35052PK is a unique premium machining fluid developed specifically for applications requiring superior micro-finish on ferrous and aluminum metal substrates. Tech Cool 35052PK contains no chlorine, sulfur, or boron compounds and is safe on ferrous & aluminum alloys. This product technology uses a unique blend of additives which results in exceptional sump life.
Tech Cool 35052M is a heavy-duty, bio-resistant premium grade microemulsion metal working fluid designed for heavy duty machining. Tech Cool 35052M is specifically formulated for those facilities machining aluminum, titanium, inconel and other difficult to machine alloys. The product’s unique corrosion inhibiting package makes it especially suitable where both non-ferrous and ferrous alloys, including cast iron, are processed in the same machine tool or system.
Tech Cool 35052CF is a Generation V, heavy-duty, premium grade semi-synthetic metal working fluid designed for machining and grinding. Tech Cool 35052CF is specifically formulated for those facilities machining aluminum, titanium, Inconel and other difficult to machine alloys, but fully compatible, and nonstaining with all substrates, making it ideal for multi-metal systems.
Tech Cool 35052 is a heavy-duty, premium grade microemulsion metal working fluid designed for machining and grinding. Tech Cool 35052 is specifically formulated for those facilities machining aluminum, titanium, inconel and other difficult to machine alloys. This product is not recommended for use on cast, gray, or ductile iron. The product is also not recommended for use on copper and its alloys
Tech Cool 35048BF is a unique premium machining and grinding fluid developed specifically for applications requiring superior micro-finish on ferrous and aluminum metal substrates. Tech Cool 35048BF contains no chlorine, sulfur, boron or phosphorus compounds and is safe on ferrous & aluminum alloys. This product technology uses a unique blend of additives which results in exceptional sump life. It is completely free of DCHA and formaldehyde releasing biocides.
Tech Cool 35048 is a unique semi-synthetic wire drawing fluid developed specifically for the drawing of copper, brass, and tin plated copper wire. Tech Cool 35048 contains no chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus compounds and is safe on yellow metal alloys. It is completely free of DCHA and formaldehyde releasing biocides.
Tech Cool 35037 is a unique general purpose machining and grinding fluid developed specifically for applications requiring efficient and economical performance on ferrous, aluminum, and yellow metal substrates. Tech Cool 35037 contains no sulfur compounds. The product’s unique lubricity is activated by a chlorinated EP ingredient. This product technology uses a unique blend of components resulting in exceptional sump life with minimum odors. It is completely free of formaldehyde releasing biocides.
Tech Cool 35035NB is a unique general purpose machining and grinding fluid developed specifically for applications requiring efficient and economical performance on ferrous, aluminum, and yellow metal substrates. Tech Cool 35035NB contains no chlorine or sulfur compounds. This product technology uses a unique blend of components resulting in exceptional sump life with minimum odors. It is completely free of formaldehyde releasing biocides.

Soluble Oils

CT9605 is a heavy-duty straight oil, petroleum-based fluid containing extremely stable ester-type additives that are non-staining to metal parts. It is clear amber in color for good visibility. The product is formulated with an EP additive designed for threading and milling of non-ferrous components with the added benefit of being able to perform light duty ferrous operations. The product is easy to clean as it has good water solubility.
CT9612 is a heavy-duty, petroleum-based, carbide grinding fluid containing extremely stable ester-type additives that are non-staining to metal parts. CT9612 has a flash point of 280°F. It is light in color for good visibility and is capable of one micron filtration due to its low viscosity. Grinding of flutes taps and end mills and for thread grinding, form grinding and crush grinding.
Draw Clean 635 is a heavy duty non-chlorinated soluble oil. This product contains extreme pressure additives for anti-scoring and other additives that promote adherence for better carry through and film strength for anti-wipe properties.
Tech Sol 4010 is developed for general-purpose and heavy-duty applications. This product provides superior bacterial resistance during the life of the fluid for long-term, trouble-free performance. Due to the product’s inherent stability, optimum performance characteristics are maintained for the life of the fluid without the need for periodic additions of costly additives.

Synthetics

Tech Cool 3718 is a high performance synthetic coolant formulated to provide superior detergency and cleanliness. This product has been developed using a unique blend of anionic, cationic and nonionic ingredients to provide outstanding boundary lubrication. The inherent stability of this product provides superior cutting action on ferrous metals during the life of the fluid. Tech Cool 3718 contains corrosion inhibitors to protect both the machine tool and the substrates. Tech Cool 3718 was developed with environmental concerns in mind. Due to the inherent product stability of Tech Cool 3718, improved sump life can be maintained. Tech Cool 3718 provides low maintenance and ease of operation due to its superior cleaning ability. This product works extremely well on honing and reaming operations on ferrous materials.
Tech Cool 3700 is a synthetic grinding fluid developed to provide superior performance for critical grinding applications of ferrous metals. This unique blend of anionic additives, polar nonionic lubricants and film-forming ingredients provides outstanding film strength necessary for excellent surface finish, tool life and corrosion protection. In addition, the inherent stability of this product minimizes depletion due to its resistance to degradation.
Tech Cool 35650 is a low pH, oil-rejecting synthetic designed for light to moderate duty machining of aluminum alloys. One of the unique advantages of this product is the detergency and lack of residue formed on parts even at elevated concentrations. Tech Cool 35650 was developed with environmental concerns in mind and to maintain fluid integrity for the longest possible sump life. Machining and Grinding of Aluminum substrates.
Tech Cool 35631 is a unique premium machining fluid developed specifically for applications requiring superior micro-finish on ferrous and aluminum metal substrates. Tech Cool 35631 contains no petroleum oil is safe on ferrous & aluminum alloys. It uses a chlorinated EP and is specifically formulated for those facilities machining stainless steel, inconel and other difficult to machine alloys.
Tech Coolis 35630 an oil-rejecting synthetic designed for moderate to heavy duty machining of aluminum, and steel alloys. One of the unique advantages of this product is the detergency and lack of residue formed on parts even at elevated concentrations.
Tech Cool 35628 is a high performance synthetic coolant formulated to provide high lubricity and cooling in high temperature machining operations. The inherent stability of this product provides superior cutting action on ferrous metals during the life of the fluid. Tech Cool 35628 was developed with environmental concerns in mind. The in-service cleanliness of this product allows for long term system stability without the formation of heavy, tacky, water insoluble residues. Tech Cool 35628 is recommended for general machining and grinding of ferrous substrates.
Tech Cool 35618 is a high performance synthetic coolant formulated to provide high lubricity and cooling in multi-metal machining operations. The inherent stability of this product provides superior cutting action on ferrous and nonferrous metals during the life of the fluid. Tech Cool 35618 was developed with environmental concerns in mind and to maintain fluid integrity for the longest possible sump life. This is a low maintenance product due to its superior cleaning ability. Recommended for machining and grinding of ferrous and nonferrous substrates. Tech Cool 35618 is not recommended for use with cast iron or ductile iron substrates.
Tech Cool 35410 is a high-performance, synthetic coolant formulated to provide high lubricity and cooling in high-temperature machining operations. This product was developed using a unique blend of anionic and nonionic ingredients to provide outstanding boundary lubrication. The inherent stability of this product provides superior cutting action on ferrous and nonferrous metals during the life of the fluid. Tech Cool 35410 was developed with environmental concerns in mind. The in-service cleanliness of this product allows for long term system stability without the formation of heavy, tacky, water insoluble residues. Recommended for machining and grinding of metal substrates.
Tech Cool 3500NFC is a synthetic machining and grinding fluid developed to provide superior detergency and cleanliness in the grinding of glass, plastic, and all metal substrates. It is recommended for light to medium duty machining and grinding applications on cast iron and mild steel. This unique blend of anionic additives, polar nonionic lubricants and film-forming ingredients provide outstanding film strength necessary for excellent surface finish, tool life and corrosion protection.
Tech Cool 3404MG is a synthetic metalworking fluid developed for carbide grinding operations. This nitrite-free product provides high reserve alkalinity necessary for long-term corrosion protection and resists cobalt or nickel leaching of the carbide bonding material. Tech Cool 3404MG has exceptionally low foam characteristics along with controlled chip settling properties. Its inherent stability provides exceptional coolant life.
