Chemetall to Exhibit and Present at Fabtech 2019

The Surface Treatment global business unit of the Coatings division of BASF, operating under the Chemetall brand will once again exhibit at Fabtech in Chicago, IL, November 11–15, 2019. Chemetall's Thought Leaders and surface treatment experts will offer insights on optimization of powder operations, the basics of pretreatment and how to control costs.

Suresh Patel, Director, Sales, Tech Service and Marketing will present Want to Powder Coat, Now What? on Monday, November 11 at 10:00 a.m. (CST). Attendees will learn about assembling the appropriate team of suppliers, choosing the appropriate pretreatment chemistries and powder coating to achieve the desired performance from their processes. Mr. Patel will also present on Wednesday, November 13 at 8:00 a.m. (CST) on the topic of Optimizing your Powder Coating Operations. In his presentation, participants will gain knowledge on pretreatment, powder coating lines and application equipment.

Application Specialist, Tom Slezak, will present on Monday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) on the topic of Pretreatment Cost Savings — Increase Profits, Quality and System Efficiency. Attendees will gather information about eco-friendly technologies that help meet stringent discharge regulations while providing savings in pretreatment applications.

Kirk Beaster, Application Specialist will present Monday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. (CST). His presentation; Pretreatment Considerations for Process Changes. This will cover the key focus areas that must be considered when making changes to the pretreatment process. Areas include process inputs, product selection, solution flows and best practices.
